Bali, Ubud

I’ve been traveling around with a friend. We met in Denpasar and went together to Ubud. After staying in Uluwatu for a while, I was used to calm places, cozy beach vibes, and fancy spots. Ubud is kind of different—very busy, very crowded, and full of tourists. Uluwatu also has a lot of tourists, but to me, it seems like those tourists stay for a long time or live there for quite a while. In Ubud, people come to visit the rice fields and temples. There’s also a lot of shopping. For me, it’s a little too much traffic and a bit too crowded. What I really like about Ubud is that you can see a lot of smiling Buddha statues. Personally, I don’t really like Ubud, but maybe I just fell in love with Uluwatu a little too much. But I think everyone has their own preferences. :) :)

I also must tell: My friend and I both were tired of traveling around, I think Ubud wasn't the place to be of you're tired. Ubud is also wellknown for their spiritual retreats and waterpouring temples.
